Background

The amazing PR/content marketing rockstars at See.Spark.Go. were looking to answer the email marketing call that their clients were starting to ring up. But this, and the plethora of email marketing tools, were not their expertise.

Objectives

To support the SSG team for sustainable growth in this service area, we needed to assess what their client needs were and the gaps that could be filled (plus how). So altogether, we deciphered what was needed: 

  • Jump in on one client's existing email campaigns and guide them into a strategy-driven framework
  • Assess another client's Hubspot usage through the lens of email and inbound marketing 
  • Train team members that could start working in this area to start scaling SSG's email offer capabilities
